Getting fit and adding exercise in your life can be fun and social!
Learn to Swim
Adult 1: Learn the basics of how to balance, float, and become comfortable in the water.
Adult 2: For those who are comfortable in water (head submersion and floatation) but haven’t had any formal lessons. Learn basic movements, strokes, and breathing control.
Adult 3 For those who are comfortable in shallow and deep water. Here you will learn how to improve stoke, endurance, and efficiency.
All lessons are taught privately at your own pool or pool you have access to.
Lessons are recommended to be 45 min long.
Lessons can be scheduled between 1-3 times a week.

Classes are created to create a low impact exercise with having fun.
Classes can be mobil and come to your pool or pool you have access to.
You can host weekly classes at your pool and invite friends to participate in the class
